FluffyGhost on Instagram!

Hey all.

Lately I’ve been addicted to the Instagram app… As I tend to take pictures of my everyday kawaii life compared to specialising on a handful of subjects per post as I do here. It’s just a lot more spontaneous and I love it! So I thought I should start uploading from time to time my Instagram photos so you can see more of FluffyGhost behind the scenes haha.

So here’s some photos from the last month:

As you can see I really am that much of a kawaii nut lol! I’ve been taking photos of my personal collection, everyday life, new purchases and my kitty when his being a ober cutie. I just love kawaii photography there’s just something about it where I can stare my day away at it.

So if you want to follow me on Instagram and see all the rest of my feed. (Yes there are tons more photos for you to get your eyeballs into! (o^____^o)

Then follow: @fluffyghost

Come & say hi too! I love chatting away with you guys!

Take care,

Kawaii Anniversary!

Hi!

So yesterday was mine and Mr H’s 3rd anniversary together! Was such a relaxing time, definitely a perfect day which consisted of taking it easy, shopping, a super sweet meal out followed by chilling on our sofa watching Beauty & The Beast!

Couldn’t of asked for anything more, I was very spoilt. So here’s what  my darling got me:

Could not believe he got me the original Pokemon monopoly, I mean I grew up with this game being the Pokemon fanatic I am! Although the box looks a tad battered (You can’t buy them brand new anymore, unless from a mint condition collector!) everything in the box was brand new! I’m guessing a kid just took a pen to the box out of boredom haha! This really meant a lot to me as this is the first game I’ve ever had back from my childhood! (I kept all of my Pokemon cards and games/game consoles SCORE!)

Followed by a ton of sweets ranging from America, Sweden etc… I love the Hello Kitty jelly beans, I’m just happy staring at the box hehe, god I love sweets….Can you tell?

The Hello Kitty lamp is awesome! It’s from Japan, and has four colour cycles. Looks so cute! Hello Kitty & Mimmy… My boy knows me so well, his learnt well haha!

Finally he got me a new violin! I was like WTF! Basically I used to play when I was younger, but I gave it in to play the drums for 8 years, (Yes I play the drums.) so to finally be able to go back to an instrument I find so inspiring was just perfection in the making! Now to go make some cats screech haha!

I really do count my blessings to be with the man I love heart and soul. To another awesome year of us, I can’t wait! ^_____^

I’ll be back tomorrow with my shopping spree goodies!

Till then,

Bongos..?

For this weeks edition I came across a very unlikely candidate. It’s something you really don’t expect to find unless of course your purposely going out shopping for them:

I asked the lady at the counter about them & they were an amazing price of £10 for two!

Thats right two for £10. When normally they retail for about £50 each, or something like that. There even handmade! Carved out of a tree trunk.

Now I bet some of you are wondering “Thats great but why with the bongo’s?”

Well Mr H plays the guitar, bass and banjo and I’ve played the drum kit for 8 years: So we thought we could get our funk on haha.

“But bongos is a different percussion instrument it’s nothing like a drum kit.”

I know that’s true but then again why not?

It’s like playing the guitar and thinking you can automatically play the Sitar. Well you can’t…It’s hard but then again so worth it!

I would like to make a quick note to: WordPress server is being dodgy today so I apologise if my site is being a bit funny.

I’ll be back over the weekend; I’m off to do the photo shoot for the opening of my Esty store which opens on the 28th this month!

Super excited!

Stay tuned…

Weekend.

Hey!

I swear Saturdays always rush by, here & gone till next weekend! Well yesterday was:

My local record store Via: 101 collectors records Farnham.

Which was great! Mr H & I are friends with the owner of the shop; so we popped in mid morning to help. Which consisted of carrying tons of helium balloons around, scaring people with leaflets…We must of given away just over 100 or something. But it’s weird how, by giving out leaflets your “allowed” to walk up and talk to a complete stranger, just because. It’s fun seeing people’s reactions. Most are normally polite though but you do get the odd cold shoulder or the occasional “NO!” Haha.

Anyway, Record Store day is only done once a year by self owned stores, (Not like a big franchise like HMV.)  spread around the UK. It means that rare LP’s in perfect condition are on sale & it is the best day to snap up a bargain. Loads of people normally que up along the road awaiting on the shop to open in the morning. So I think there normally are a ton of early birds who snap up the “best” stuff.

Plus with live music and free badges we were happy bunnies.

So if you missed Record Store day in your local music store, still pop in over the next few days, as not everything is immediately sold, there could still be a few gems hiding around.

So other than that, this is what my weekend has consisted of:

The cutest new garland for my kitchen & a new velvet pouch purse with a gingham heart.

Mr H cooking! I know to most this isn’t unusual or “out of the odd” but this is the man who asked me when we first got together “how do you use a toaster.” Yer I know…

But slowly we’ve got there on Mr H’s cooking. From using a toaster, mastering the grill, to making the best runny eggs and solders in the world… So I was shocked when all of a sudden when he wanted to cook dinner and something we’d never made before to!

With a bit of perseverance and the odd “Please can you rescue this.” we got there. So I had to take a picture and document it. Other wise no one would believe me that he was cooking haha…That’s true to. ^____^

So that’s another recipe added to his book. I can’t actually remember the name of what it’s called but its like a savoury pancake with a cream cheese filling; folded together and baked for a couple of minutes. Was really nice. But I would go easy on the cream cheese, we put too much in… :/ Got a little too much. So we learnt that for next time.

Ooo I made strawberry milkshakes too.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend so far!

Be back bright & fresh tomorrow…Gotta love Mondays!

Miku.

Hi all! ^____^

Today I thought I would share my new love of Miku.

I would like to give some credit for this to Drop Dead Cute, for introducing me to this.

Hatsune-Miku

This is one of the many reasons I need to move to Japan. Miku performs live, yep that’s right live. But I guess many of you are asking yourselves, “well how can an anime character perform live when there not real?”

Well let me show you, with a small list of some of my favourite songs from Vocaloid’s Hatsune Miku live in concert:

This song is epic! I would so dance my heart out to this.

In some of the videos can you spot the glow stick leek

I love how theatrical Miku is, she has such a huge presence on stage. She actually draws in the crowd. Here voice is so intoxicating. Notice how the everyone becomes silent as a lamb when she disappears. Now you don’t get that with most of today’s celebrities.

I love this concert so much, that I went & brought the CD.

I’m actually getting excited for it to come through the post.

I got mine here. The great thing about is you can sample loads of the songs, to see if it is for you before you buy. If you do get it then you’re in for a treat as it contains over 60 tracks.

Hope you like.

See you tomorrow.

A very hectic weekend…

Hi all!

This weekend has just been crazy, of course in a goodway. It feels as if i’ve only just been able to sit down. Plus my whole body aches boo!

So here’s what me & Mr H got up to over the weekend:

  • Celebrated Mr H’s dads 50th with a whole bunch of his family.
  • Made special cupcakes for Mr H’s dad.
  • Met some lovely people.
  • Went out to lunch with Mr H’s brother & wife.
  • Went & saw Rumours of Fleetwood Mac live at the Anvil!
  • Oh & ate alot of cake.

The gig was awesome, the lead singer sounded identicial to Stevie’s voice…We were like :O

Wow….Haha.

We were like one of the youngest pair their, but we did’nt care. We were just their for the music. (Can’t help having decent music taste ey!.)

So really hetic weekend, it’s funny in a way that everthing comes at once if you get me. Specially when Mr H only gets one weekend off in three.

What did you guys get up to this weekend

Well im off for an afternoon snooze…Yer i actually am that tired.

But i shall be back tonight to update everything & maybe to do a double post.

Au revoir.
