Back From The Dead!

Hello all!

This must be the longest record broken for not posting, however after a near fatal brush with zombie syndrome I am back from the dead!

I am very happy to say that whilst away a lot has happened, I landed my dream job and I am now currently working as basically a graphics designer/trainee programmer. So I hope to be able to bring my new skill set over to here at FluffyGhost and well just make this website much more awesome of course!

So be warned I might make some crazy changes along the line as I shall be using FluffyGhost as my training ground. 

I am definitely looking forward to being able to write this website from scratch.

Anyway so Im back just in time for my favourite months too:

Autumn I find has so much to offer… From the beautiful scenery, those sunny days where the air is cold and crisp, crunchy leaves, blankets and jumpers, hot drinks tasting a million times better and of course…HALLOWEEN!!!

I really could list all day why I love Autumn so much but I shall save that for another rainy day.

After a very productive week at my new job a well deserved rest is only to be expected. As the famous saying goes;

“Time you enjoy wasting is not time wasted.” & I could not agree more!

So my weekend supplies consist of:

Halloween decorations, (Yes they were most necessary! Mr H looked at me funny haha.) sweets, sweets and more sweets! S’mores ingredients and comics!

I’ve wanted to try s’mores for a very long time, you Americans make them look irresistible. I do though have different crackers compared to the square ones, I am however English so you’ll have to forgive me as I just could not for the love of god find t

So you know what I will be doing, as well as watching ALOT of zombie based movies and series. Its zombie fever at my house currently, if were not playing the new Resident evil 6 were watching something vaguely similar along those lines.

Hi all!

Gosh can’t believe it’s October already! October is going to be one of the most productive months this year for me. With my up and coming craft fair on the 30th, Mr H’s and I 3rd anniversary and of course Halloween!

Although in my head I’m already planning for Christmas haha!

I’m getting really excited about my first ever craft fair. I can’t wait to meet the buyers who purchase my stuff, it shall be a great learning experience as well as interesting. Fluffyghost is also sponsoring this event and has done some of the design work. So here’s a flyer I made for the event:

I’m starting to get a mixture of emotions, from excitement to anxiety… I just get so nervous that no one wants my stuff haha… Well were find out!

As some of you might know,  I’m a fellow Hello Kitty junkie…♥

(I really should do more posts on my personal collection…I just get lazy photographing it all. >….<)

So of course it’s only natural for me to be on the hunt for some of the best Sanrio products!

Last night…

Hey all!

Had an awesome time last night, for it was the first me & Mr H had in Farnham.

To my surprise we didn’t get any trick or treater’s sadly:(…

I never saw any pumpkins out side of anyone’s house in fact our street was foggy and looked like a damn ghost town!

So looks like we were the only one doing something….Hmmmm well more sweets for us then :D

Any whoo heres a couple of pictures of what my set up looked like.

This is a real cauldron that i filled with lots of celebrations looked super cute on the table!

The whole room was lit up by only pumpkins & candle light looked so enchanting :)!

Mr H was a pumpkin carving virgin untill last night i was really like :O really?! Haha

His pumpkin is on my smaller table (the big one) He was so proud of it :)…

These mini pumpkins are the one’s i carved, they did have lids, but they shrank. Did anyone else find that happend to them aswell?

Tonight is finally the night, where the spook’s can come out to play!

The only spooks in my house though are currently these:

Just a little garland i made using paper, cotton bubs, clear fishing line & buttons for the eyes. Looks super cute hanging from my chanderlier.

& just a peep at some of the baked goods i made for tonight.

1. Pink chocolate chip brownie’s.

2. Oat cookies covered in chocolate & lot’s of sprinkles.

3. Chocolate cupcakes with blue iceing with of sprinkles to!

Ill show you my movie night set up tomorrow.

Late night Halloween project!

So, my plans had fallen through with my friend, so i decided instead of sulking on the sofa watching The Middle on T.V; that i should instead make this cute wreath whilst doing that aswell ;)

Im jokeing, im glad i made it ^__^.

So its a real neat little project that didn’t cost me a thing as i used what i had on hand :]

I used a normal wire coat hanger for the frame, and three types of matieral.

I then just cut alot of strips up (in a rough manner) then tied them on beside one another.

Once id finished and made the layers more thick through out, i decorated it useing some cute embelishments such as paper cut outs, gems, a felt cat etc…

Then wolla! You have your own wreath!

I made mine into a cozy Halloween piece for tomorrow.

I recommend that you all have a go, it’s so rewarding when you put it on the wall :D

Although i wasn’t really excited about Halloween this year, im really looking forward to tomorrow, i might even make some little ghosts to hang from the ceiling!
